Rachel Dwyer

Rachel is a solutions-oriented, data-driven client relations professional with over 12 years of customer success experience.  

Before GradComm, Rachel worked as a Director of Client Relations in EdTech, overseeing Marketing, Customer Retention, and Customer Service teams. She partnered with organizations across industries, including higher education, public libraries, K-12, government agencies, and corporations, supporting clients worldwide, including Disney, Sony, and Blizzard Entertainment. 

As a Client Services Manager at GradComm, Rachel develops and manages scopes of work, client budgets, and contract execution for projects. She oversees a wide range of initiatives, including digital and outdoor media buy strategy and buys, research projects, and brand and logo redesigns. 

Rachel has played a key role in leading impactful institutional initiatives, including a full rebrand for Citrus College and a district-wide brand refresh for the South Orange County Community College District. These experiences have strengthened her expertise in identity design and institutional branding. 

In her role, Rachel oversees contracts for community colleges nationwide, keeping projects on track by coordinating timelines, managing approvals, and ensuring every deliverable meets a high standard. She brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to her work—prioritizing clear communication, on-time execution, and strong, responsive partnerships.
