Carrie Smith is a strategic marketing and communications professional who has worked with community colleges at all levels across the country. Carrie’s strengths in client strategy, relationship building, and organizational culture make her a valuable addition to the GradComm team.
Prior to joining GradComm, Carrie spent 12 years in higher education at California State University San Marcos, Interact Communications, and the Foundation for California Community Colleges. Her experience includes media campaigns, marketing research, strategic planning, website development, brand development, strategic communications, technical implementation, professional development, strategic alignment, and media production. Carrie has worked on career education programs, professional development programs, and statewide initiatives (such as Guided Pathways and Vision for Success in CA).
