Jamie Wagner is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a background spanning the healthcare, manufacturing, and higher education sectors. She holds degrees in Marketing and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, along with a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University.

For the past decade, Jamie has focused on helping two-year colleges better reach and support their students. She led the ongoing development of a national student media preferences survey that gave community and technical colleges clear, actionable insights to strengthen their communications and enrollment strategies.

As a Client Success Specialist at GradComm, Jamie supports two-year colleges as they work to boost enrollment and improve the student experience. Her recent work includes digital campaigns, strategic planning, secret-shopper audits, viewbook creation, and targeted re-engagement outreach. She likes to keep things strategic, collaborative, and practical—solving problems with a mix of curiosity and creativity.
