Jamie McNinch is a marketing and communications leader who brings her passion for building relationships and her ability to develop creative and strategic marketing solutions to the GradComm team. She has deep experience in all facets of marketing, communications, and advertising.

Prior to joining GradComm, she spent 11 years in higher education at Western Nevada College. As the Director of Information and Marketing, she led projects in rebranding, graphic design, website development, enrollment and retention, career education, and strategic planning. She was active in dual enrollment program development, healthy campus initiatives, operations continuity, and crisis communications. She is a past NCMPR Communicator of the Year, has won a number of Medallion awards, and has previous experience in banking, retail, hospitality, and non-profit marketing.
